The Italian vineyard is reflected in my choice of the mural, color scheme, pictures, furniture & accessories (see supplement for furniture details), the wine cabinet and a pull-out guess bed. I make TV viewing a pleasure with one in the living room and one bedroom. I offer a Queen size bed with cozy pillows to comfort you at night. My security entry door allows the breeze to flow thru. I am in the secured and gated Palm Springs Villa II Resort community offering multiple swimming pools, tennis courts and lush green belt for walking. My community is dog friendly. I am steps to covered parking. I face South therefore cooler in the summer months. I am off Hwy 111 with a short stroll to transportation and the Visitor Center just mins to the TRAM and downtown Palm Springs. Oh, did I tell you I am NOT on leased land!
